All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — customised, pre-owned clothing — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Before purchasing, we encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, photos, measurements, and condition notes provided in each listing. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us before completing your order.

Exceptions

In the rare event that an item arrives significantly different from its description (e.g., wrong item sent), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
