Tracking is provided where available and will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has shipped.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. FTSBK9 is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

For orders shipped outside Sweden, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

FTSBK9 is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

FTSBK9 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit, but we will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment where possible.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
