Our Products
We sell customised, pre-owned clothing. Each item is unique and one-of-a-kind.
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. Product descriptions, photos, and measurements are provided for each listing, and you are responsible for reviewing these carefully before purchasing.
Due to the nature of our products (pre-owned and customised), items may show signs of prior wear. Any notable condition details will be disclosed in the relevant product listing.
Please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased by you will meet your expectations or be identical to how they appear on your screen.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. FTSBK9 reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until FTSBK9 confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as FTSBK9 may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds except in cases where an item arrives significantly different from its description (for example, if the wrong item is sent).
Under EU consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods that have been personalised or custom-made. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the items sold by FTSBK9 are customised and accept that the standard EU right of withdrawal does not apply.
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs. Any such cases will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Prices and Billing
All prices are displayed in SEK and include VAT where applicable.
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s checkout.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include shipping, customs, duties or import charges that may apply outside Sweden.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship from Sweden.
Delivery times and shipping costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy [LINK]. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

All content on this website — including but not limited to photographs, custom designs, graphics, logos, text, and branding — is owned by Mauritz Larsson / FTSBK9 and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, republished, downloaded, stored, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission.
